2008 — THE BEGINNING
Where It All Started
Oxygen Leads was founded in 2008 from humble beginnings. Before launching the company, founder Carl West spent four years working within the Mortgage Market and six years as a Call Centre Manager for American International Group (AIG) — one of the world's largest insurance organisations. During this period Carl managed teams of up to 300 sales agents selling Well Woman and Critical Illness insurance policies. This hands-on experience provided a unique understanding of both lead generation and sales performance, creating the foundation upon which Oxygen Leads was built.
